Welcome to Spirit House, a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome just half a block from the Oxford Square and about a 10-minute walk to The Grove and Ole Miss. It’s close enough to walk almost everywhere, but still gives you your own comfortable place to come back to and relax.
Inside, Spirit House has been completely updated with new flooring, fresh paint, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and furnishings. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, Smart TV, dresser and plenty of closet space. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa with room for two additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, whether you’re making coffee before heading to campus, putting together breakfast before game day or bringing home something from one of the restaurants around the Square.
Outside is where Spirit House really gets its relaxed Oxford feel. The spacious front porch is a great place for morning coffee or a drink before dinner, with views toward the Square and some beautiful Oxford sunsets. Out back, you’ll have your own private patio overlooking East Oxford. The property sits high on a bluff, giving you a unique view while still being right in the heart of town.
From Spirit House, you can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques and everything happening around the Square. Ole Miss and The Grove are also within easy walking distance, so there’s no need to spend your weekend constantly moving the car.
