The Spaces

The “Serenity” one-bedroom apartment, located on a middle floor of a building in an elegant, recently constructed residence, is situated in Parzanica, on the slope of a hill on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo. Spanning 42 m², furnished with modern furniture and fully equipped, it sleeps 4, two of whom can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

This space is extremely bright thanks to the French doors leading out to the terrace and a second window facing the dining table and kitchen. There is practically no corner of this room from which you cannot admire the lake. The kitchen, built into the wall, is fully equipped: induction cooktop with range hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances (kettle, coffee maker), in addition, of course, to the stainless steel sink.

The terrace is, of course, another highlight of this one-bedroom apartment: it’s practically an extra room during the warmer months. Generously sized, it can accommodate a dining table for breakfasts and dinners al fresco. There are also lounge chairs and a beach umbrella, so you can relax in the shade while enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.

The bedroom, with a double bed, is adjacent to the living room. It features a large built-in closet and also has a French door that opens onto the left side of the terrace.

The bathroom, with a small window that lets in light and air, is fully equipped: wall-mounted fixtures (toilet and bidet), a sink, and a shower stall. The apartment also features a washing machine, cleverly concealed within a cabinet.


The apartment is equipped with heating and Wi-Fi. However, there is no air conditioning or television.

The Pool and Common Areas

The apartment’s appeal is rounded out by a shared pool, surrounded by a spacious sun deck: a major perk that—from May 15 through September 30—allows leisurely vacationers to spend entire days without leaving the premises. Reserved exclusively for guests of the apartment (and not to any visitors), the pool is governed by a set of common-sense and hygiene rules that regulate access; guests are asked to adhere to these rules, as well as the quiet hours and other house rules, which are based on the proper use of the premises and respect for the environment.
