The "Zum Wasserfall" vacation home is located in a quiet area and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and gardens. A sun deck and outdoor furniture invite you to relax outdoors. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Private parking is available directly at the property for a fee; there is also a parking garage and a charging station for electric vehicles. Pets are welcome upon request. The house is a smoke-free property and offers tickets for public transportation.
"Ferienhaus zum Wasserfall":
The 140 m² vacation home offers space for larger families or groups and features five separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and six double beds. Amenities include a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, and dryer. A balcony and a terrace with views of the garden and mountains, as well as a grill, provide additional comfort. In addition, a flat-screen TV, heating, free Wi-Fi, a private entrance, a high chair, and bed linens are provided. The private bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, toilet, and either a bathtub or shower. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation home.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. You will receive payment instructions from the host. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a keyless lock. You will receive the code well in advance of your arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €10.00 per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of €1.70 per person per day for guests 18 and older will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: €8.00 per day for parking
