The house is 5 minutes from the FI‑PI‑LI highway, an ideal location for visiting Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Viareggio, Volterra, and the main destinations in Tuscany

In Ponsacco, there is an on-call doctor available every evening and on holidays

In case of emergency, theLotti Hospital in Pontedera, about 6 km away
