The open-concept living room, featuring elegant Baxter furnishings, opens onto the terraces and the infinity pool through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen, a custom-made masterpiece born of the artisanal excellence of Brianza—the heartland of designer furniture—combines the natural beauty of Indian marble with the most harmonious technologies, such as the induction cooktop with an integrated range hood and the Quooker system for purified water.
The villa features 3 elegant suites with private en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults and two children in complete privacy. The lower level, called the Pink Floor and entirely finished in Kerakoll Design resin by Piero Lissoni, is dedicated to wellness and personal leisure, featuring a clean and inviting design. It features a fully equipped gym, a modern Turkish bath made of glass and resin, and a recreation area with an air hockey table. Adjacent to it is the private movie theater, where a deep, comfortable sofa faces a 96-inch screen for relaxing evenings.
Attention to detail continues in the bathrooms, where custom-made Casabath sinks and Salvatori marble complement the faucets created through a collaboration between Boffi and Fantini. You’ll find our all-natural body care products made with Arnica montana from the Dolomites, by FD Dolomites, at your disposal.
Aqua Collection takes care of every guest with a watchful and thoughtful eye. Your stay includes daily delivery of a fresh breakfast to the villa, a welcome grocery basket upon arrival, and housekeeping every other day, with linens changed every three days.

Guests at Villa Aqua have a large covered parking lot at their disposal, conveniently accessible from the Lake State Road (Regina State Road), just 100 meters from the shore.
A convenient elevator (or a flight of stairs) will take you to a newly built enchanted oasis, with a path leading to Villa Aqua, perched on high ground overlooking the entire Gulf of Venus and Punta di Villa Balbianello.
