Vacation Apartment 20 in Building 1 of the “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. You can spend cozy evenings on the spacious, south-facing, covered, and furnished balcony. The fine-sand beach is just a 50-meter walk away.
The tastefully furnished living area features a sofa and two comfortable armchairs. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are also provided free of charge. Enjoy social evenings here. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Useful small appliances such as a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle round out the kitchen amenities.
In the vacation rental’s bedroom, a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. A large closet provides storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom features a box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm) and a closet. Blackout curtains are available in both bedrooms to block out the light.
The tiled shower room is functionally equipped with a sink, a heated towel rack, a toilet, a mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire apartment has tile flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
You can park your car in outdoor parking spaces 1–20. You can securely store any bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bike storage room. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your laundry during your vacation. You can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room at the “Dünenschloss” free of charge.
The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. In addition, the swimming pool and sauna will unfortunately be unavailable from January 4 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive modernization work. Direct access to the adjacent city forest is ideal for peaceful walks.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex features lovingly restored balconies reminiscent of traditional seaside resort architecture. The white sandy beach is only about 50 m away. The center of the Kühlungsborn West district is only about 500 m away. The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings with several vacation apartments. All vacation apartments in the buildings are accessible via stairs or elevator.
Our guests have free access to a well-maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m), a sauna, and a fitness room. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms. You can securely store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment right next to the apartment complex.
