At 50 m² and accommodating two to four people, Type III is our smallest and coziest vacation apartment, ideal for couples, grandparents with a grandchild, or a small family. It offers flexible accommodations: as a compact base for two adults, or with an extra bed for a third or fourth family member. The apartment features its own kitchen, a living and dining area, a bedroom (with space for an extra bed), and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Direct access to the garden, playground, natural pond, and the ponies. It also offers the most affordable of our three rental rates.



Our family-run vacation home is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a hill above the Jaun Valley, with sweeping views of the Karawanken Mountains. Three cozy vacation apartments—50, 70, and 110 m²—accommodate 2 to 9 people and are ideal for a hassle-free, affordable family vacation.

On the spacious, fenced-in property, children can enjoy their own natural pond, a large playground with a go-kart track, a trampoline, a sandbox, and mini-golf, as well as ponies, sheep, and cats. Pony rides are available under supervision. For rainy days, there’s a game room with table tennis and billiards.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, and free parking; a washer and dryer; a sauna; barbecue areas with a pizza oven; and a sun terrace with panoramic views. The baker delivers fresh pastries directly to the house every morning.

Bleiburg, one of Carinthia’s oldest towns with its traditional Wiesenmarkt in early September, is about four kilometers away. The warm Klopeiner See is about a 15-minute drive away, and the Petzen ski area is just a few minutes away. Numerous hiking and biking trails, rustic wine taverns, and day-trip destinations invite you to explore. Dogs are welcome.



On-site fees: A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid no later than 8 days after the booking is finalized, as confirmation of the offer in written or verbal form, with no fees charged.
