Sunflowers is an apartment located just a stone’s throw from one of the town’s two main gates, Porta San Giovanni, which leads into the heart of the town of San Gimignano.

The apartment is located in a small condominium complex with just a few units. You enter the property through a building gate, which leads into a small courtyard with two doors. The door on the left opens onto a hallway shared with another apartment; both have their own private entrances.

From the front door, you enter directly into the kitchen-living room, which features a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Further along, you’ll find the first full bathroom with a shower and the first master bedroom. The first floor of the house does not have air conditioning, but each room is equipped with fans.

Climb a wooden staircase to reach the second attic-style bedroom, a spacious room with a sofa area or a space for remote work. This double bedroom can be converted into a room with two single beds if needed and has a spacious private bathroom with a shower. The attic is equipped with air conditioning.

Wi-Fi is available in every room, as are sheets and towels for each guest.

We also offer convenient parking, included in the price, located a short distance from the house. This is a major plus during the summer months. The house is located just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you can drive up to the house to unload your luggage.
