Location and view is everything! Of it hadn’t been for them, I’d have left the apartment and demanded a refund.
Noisy neighbors, the apartment lacked kitchenware, bed linen and towels were also not for all guests. There were internet problems and if you don’t speak English or Georgian you won’t solve any problem. The host was reluctant to help but I was demanding and didn’t leave him alone so finally he came and brought pot, dishes and glasses. We only had 2 cups though (for 6!)

I booked the ‘sea view’ room , but was offered the one facing another building and construction. I refused to stay there- after a long debate and going between blocks I was offered better room with good view and comfortable bed- but for higher price.
No communication with manager/host- I asked for exact address (there 6 buildings in Orbi sharing the same address) and only received a reply 5 days later when I was on the train there! The room didn’t have cups (I had to buy) and only half of a toilet roll.
