It's a lovely flat, very well kept, warm and spacious even for three adults. It has everything you need. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the town historic centre. Check in and parking are based on clear instructions.
The towels provided weren't great. This is a very minor observation

Centrally located, spacious apartment, equipped with everything that you need for a self-catered stay. A two minute walk to the city center, large rooms, a lovely small covered terrace, designated parking space, and airconditioning in all rooms. The bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen was a nice gesture!
An absolute disgrace is the cleaning fee, which was in fact higher than the price for the accommodation. We paid EUR 128 for a one night stay for the apartment, and then on top of this a EUR 140 (!) cleaning fee - for a total of 16 hours that we have been in the apartment. We didn't even use the kitchen, living room and have literally not even stepped foot in one of the bedrooms. And then the cleaning lady also knocked on our door an hour before checkout time, saying that checkout was 9am instead of 10am. Thankfully that was resolved but we did not appreciate this and we will not be staying in this apartment again for this reason only. A EUR 140 cleaning fee is ridiculous even for a two-week stay, let alone for one night.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist Gold wert. E-Ladesäule schräg gegenüber. Aufteilung und Einrichtung der Wohnung ist gut.
In der Wohnung selbst gab es keine Infos, z.B. zur Funktion/Einstellung der Klima-/Heizgeräte, einen kleinen Stadtplan und ein paar Ausflugstipps. Nicht schön war, dass bei Abreise bis 11 Uhr schon um 10.40 Uhr die Reinigungskraft die Tür öffnet, während man noch am Packen ist. In fast allen Räumen waren Leuchtmittel defekt und müssten getauscht werden (inkl. des Lämpchens im Kühlschrank).

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich kann die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.
