Beautiful apartment, amazing location and exceptional value for money!
We stayed here as a family and overall had an excellent experience. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy, with lots of character and a pleasant atmosphere.
The location is absolutely fantastic. It is right next to a Metronit station and only about 100 meters from the German Colony. In terms of location and value for money, it is impossible to beat. You simply do not find an apartment like this, in this location, at this price.
The apartment is quiet, and having private parking right next to the door is a major advantage. Public transportation is extremely convenient. The bedroom has excellent air conditioning, there is a large refrigerator, a spacious kitchen, a washing machine and a TV with plenty of channels.
The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable, with a good shower and plenty of hot water.
The following comments should be read in the context of the fact that we gave the apartment **10 out of 10**. We were very happy with our stay, especially with the location and the exceptional value for money.
The main issue for us was the lack of air conditioning in the living room. An additional AC unit would make a significant difference, or at least a fan that could help circulate the cool air from the bedroom into the main living area.
The additional beds are not particularly comfortable, and neither is the sofa for sleeping. We ended up putting an extra mattress on top of the sofa, which worked for us.
For this reason, we think the apartment is ideal for a couple. Staying with more people is definitely possible, as we did, but families travelling with teenagers should also be aware that there is only one bathroom and toilet.
Our teenage daughters also really missed having a full-length mirror.
There are also a few small touches that would make the guest experience even better: a dish-drying rack, an easily accessible towel rail near the shower, a kitchen hand towel, a face towel, a bath mat or floor towel, a cloth for wiping the kitchen counter, and softer lighting in the living room. At the moment, there is no small light for the evening, only the main overhead lighting.
