The staff, the cleanliness and the position.
The shared kitchen was clean and functional.
The lock to my room was tricky to open the door.
There were about 4 huge moths in my room which was unsettling.
The noise factor was out of control.. Thumping music from the beer garden was annoying at 1.30am
Also an alarm system went off once on Friday night and twice on Saturday night which woke me up!
The ladies bathrom was ok, a little old and only 1 mirror and the light above the mirror didn't work.
