Outstanding room , beautiful facility, one of the nicest places in our 11 days in Sicily !
We had a difficult time , on two occasions, in getting into this gated facility. We had to make a call to their main number to ask that the gate be opened.

Terrific staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely grounds, great views. We arrived after an overnight flight to Catania and were able to get a room right away, rather than at the official check-in. We stayed just one night, but it would be a fine place to stay for those who plan to hike up or around Etna.
No criticisms. One suggestion: If you're driving over from the Catania airport in the morning, take the long way around the city instead of the shorter route through the city center during rush hour.

It was a beautiful property. Very clean and perfect location. Staff was very friendly.
Nothing to report.
