Locație situată central
Mult praf, prosoape murdare ca de rugină, pânză de păianjen pe lustră, TV nefuncțional, apă caldă doar dacă pornești singur centrala de fiecare dată, pereții murdari unde clar ar trebui o renovare!

Great location: The apartment is in a very convenient spot. The apartment was clean.
Finding an extra blanket in the closet was great since it was already cold.
Construction disruptions: There was heavy construction right in front of the building. Because of this, my taxi couldn't drop me off directly at the entrance, making it quite a hassle to walk down the road with multiple heavy luggages. It was also very noisy.
Lack of instructions: There were no instructions provided for the Wi-Fi (I had to message to ask) or for the AC/heating. Providing a welcome email or a printed guide with all essential information—including check-out procedures—would make things much easier.
Maintenance & Boiler nightmare: I had flagged issues with the water boiler and difficulty getting hot water. The maintenance team came during an agreed-upon time and said they would check it to make sure it worked. However, the very next day, the boiler completely failed, leaving me with no hot water for a shower before work. When I got upset and asked them to fix it properly, they claimed they did—only for it to fail again because the unit actually needed to be replaced.
