Good stay

Left my glasses and the property manager was helpful in getting these back to me, clean property with lovely balcony and spacious. Nice bathroom, not a three bed/two bedroom property, however.

Cleaner left the flat door open before we were ready to leave to try to rush us out. Invasion of privacy.

Very disappointed with the wrong advertising and when i told the owner he was not interested. I’ve complained to booking

The property was mostly clean and close to the tube station and shops

This was advertised as a two bedroom property with 3 beds. This is incorrect- there was only 1 room with 1 double bed and a Old dirty very uncomfortable sofa bed. Been better on the floor. I booked for 3 people but no bedding provided for the sofa bed.. had to request it. Not enough towels for 3 people either. My advice- find somewhere else to stay.

Repugnante.

El apartamento se encuentra en el barrio judío, calles preciosas y tranquilas. La ubicación es excelente si no quieres alquilar un alojamiento muy caro en el centro de Londres. Se encuentra en un callejón, por lo que el ruido no es un problema. Está a dos minutos de la parada de metro y de diferentes paradas de autobús. Además, hay muchas tiendas locales y más baratas que en otras zonas. Lo que más nos gustó fue la diversidad de restaurantes que había, puedes probar comida de muchas culturas. El acceso es cómodo, dado que funciona con código y no con llaves. Solo lo recomendaría si vas un par de días, no eres pudoroso, llevándote tus propias toallas, y si solo vas a ir al apartamento para ducharte y dormir. (Para ir desde el aeropuerto de Luton fue muy fácil con un national express, ya que tiene parada justo al lado de este apartamento).

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante. En primer lugar, la ubicación del anuncio era incorrecta, tanto la calle como el número, por lo que tuvimos que preguntar a varias personas de las tiendas cercanas para encontrarlo. Además, la puerta de entrada tenía un gran hueco por el que se podía ver el interior, lo que nos hizo sentir inseguros, y la wifi tenía una línea de señal. El anuncio indica que hay dos dormitorios, pero solo hay uno. La cama de matrimonio tenía un colchón incómodo y el sofá cama era todavía peor, además de presentar grandes manchas amarillas que resultaban repugnantes. Tampoco había mesa ni sillas. La terraza estaba llena de colillas y había una botella de cristal vacía. No tiene persianas, por lo que por las mañanas la luz del sol resultaba incómoda. La limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear. Las tres toallas de ducha tenían manchas rojas, amarillas y marrones, algo que nos dio muchísimo asco. La vajilla presentaba manchas blancas, el escurreplatos tenía pequeñas manchas negras y el suelo no estaba fregado; incluso encontramos pepitas de limón junto a la cama. Tampoco había productos de limpieza ni estropajo o esponja, únicamente jabón para los platos. Solo dejaron tres rollos de papel higiénico y uno de papel de cocina. El baño fue la parte que mejor impresión nos dio, aunque no había toalla de manos, ni enchufe cerca del lavabo ni alfombrilla para salir de la ducha. Por último, la gestión del check-out fue inaceptable. El anuncio indicaba que podíamos salir entre las 12:00 y las 13:00, pero después nos comunicaron que debíamos abandonar el apartamento a las 11:00. Para colmo, a las 10:40 ya estaban llamando a la puerta para que nos fuéramos. En definitiva, no recomendamos este alojamiento. La falta de limpieza e higiene, la información incorrecta del anuncio, las deficiencias del equipamiento y la falta de consideración con el horario de salida hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy negativa.
