The location is excellent, right next to Chinatown and one of the best record shops in town. The Wi-Fi worked well and didn't give us any trouble.
The bathroom was quite cramped, and the shampoo bottles were refilled with cheaper brand products.
The bed was easily among the worst I’ve ever experienced. On top of the filthy floor underneath it, there was no support due to a missing bed frame/slats. After waking up with a terrible backache, we decided to put the mattress on the floor—which ruined the flow of the room, but made our nights much more bearable.

The location is good and the room is very comfortable. I appreciated very much my stay and intend to return one day.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The location was great. Easily accessible (code). Fridge in room. Price was great.
I arrived after check in time (3PM), but the room wasn't ready yet. Had to wait in someone else's accommodation. I feel like the turnover was rushed. We were left with no toilet paper, no hand towel, and cleaning towels forgotten on the floor. Had to go to the Dollarstore to buy our own. There was no heat in the room so it was freezing and our wet towels were still wet when needed to use again. After a marathon...not the most pleasant feeling. Can see hallway light from inside room so disturbed us when others left at dawn and left it on (multiple times). Cleaner was cleaning the adjacent room (vacuum, mopping, etc.) at 10PM during our last night (post marathon). Pictures of rooms, kitchen, etc are misleading. Where is the balcony that was pictured? There was maybe 1-2 pictures that resembled our room. Bed /pillow very uncomfortable. Body hurting even before race. Draft from window, could hear people's conversations easily from outside. Broken ajar maybe?
