Great host, very outgoing and personable. The room was quiet, had a great ambience and was comfortable. The bed was very comfy. I loved the medical treatment massage, helped me a lot.
The facilities (shower in particular) were not great. The shower door did not close properly. The bathroom was a bit used in general. The ice bath was very frozen up, could not sit inside due to ice buildup. The host tried to help, but was not successful.
