YOUR PRIVATE LAKEFRONT ESCAPE
Bring your boat, jet skis, or kayaks and enjoy direct access to Lake Hamilton from your private boat ramp. Spend your days exploring the lake, then tie up at the private boat dock or swim dock just steps from the cabin.
Located in the quiet back of a protected cove in a no-wake zone, Beach Haven Hideaway offers calm waters that are ideal for swimming, floating, paddleboarding, and family fun. Parents can relax while children safely enjoy the water close to shore.
SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS
Designed for families and groups, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
• Four comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed • Additional futon that sleeps two • Custom Built Quad Twin XL Bunk Beds •Three full bathrooms with spacious showers • Large jetted soaking tub in the primary suite
After a day on the lake, everyone can get cleaned up with ease thanks to three water heaters and an oversized main water line, providing plenty of hot water even when multiple showers are running at once.

The lower level features a game room complete with a pool table, bar area, and ice maker, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water or enjoy a fun evening with family and friends.

IMPORTANT SEASONAL LAKE NOTICE (November 1st-March 1st)
Lake Hamilton undergoes a seasonal winter drawdown, typically beginning in November, with water levels being lowered by approximately 3 to 6 feet. Refilling is generally expected to begin in March, with the lake returning to full pool by mid-March. During this time, our private dock will most likely not be usable for boat docking due to reduced water levels. Depending on water depth and boat type, a flat bottom boat may be able to access the dock, but this cannot be guaranteed. Guests planning to bring a boat should make alternative docking arrangements. Please keep this seasonal condition in mind when planning your stay, particularly if boating and private dock access are important to your trip.

We absolutely loved everything about this house! This house is the perfect set up for two families. Giving each family there own space.The upper level has a primary bedroom and bathroom with a jetted tub.The main level has two bedrooms anda full size bathroom.The kitchen and living room is also on the main level. Off of the kitchen is the upper level deck with outdoor dining.The upper level and main level also has a laundry chute, our kids have never been so excited to do laundry!The lower level has one bedroom and full size bathroom. The laundry room is also on the lower level and has a full size fridge - which is nice added bonus! The lower level has a game room and living room area with access to the lower deck.The lake is just a few steps from the back door with easy lake access, no steep hill which is rare for being right on the lake. The lake has a boat ramp and dock. The lake is great for swimming and fishing!We enjoyed fishing, swimming, grilling, hanging out in the game room, making smores and relaxing by the firepit at the end of the night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing home that sits on almost 2 acres. It's only about 2 miles from the grocery store, gas stations and resturants. In about 10-20 miles you can go shopping or visit downtown. The property owner was the absolute best! Very quick to respond to any questions I had and was very easy to communicate too! I would highly recommend!

We were impressed with the VRBO listing, but actually being there surpassed our expectations! A beautiful home in a great location that is roomy and spotlessly clean is always a plus.
