Welcome to our newly renovated vacation rental in Rudolstadt. This 43 m² ground-floor apartment is located in a historic villa dating back to 1887 and was completely modernized in June 2026. It combines the unique charm of a historic building with contemporary living comfort and is ideal for two people.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a cozy living and dining area with a sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The two rooms can be separated by a lockable door.
The kitchen offers everything you need for both short and long stays: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, an air fryer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available. For business travelers, there is also a workspace with an external monitor and an USB-C docking station.
A special feature of the villa is the private bathroom: It belongs exclusively to this apartment but is located one flight of stairs higher and is accessible via the stairwell. The bathroom is lockable and is not used by any other guests or residents. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for the short walk there.
Outside, there is a garden, seating, and storage space for bicycles. A free parking space is located in the courtyard; subject to availability, it can also be parked under the carport.
The location is ideal for exploring Rudolstadt. The historic old town, restaurants, shopping, the train station, and public transportation are all easily accessible. Heidecksburg Castle and the Saale Valley also make the surrounding area particularly attractive.
Pets are welcome with prior notice. Check-in is flexible via a key box at the entrance on the street side.
