This half-timbered house is centrally located in the historic center of Nieder-Werbe, a state-recognized resort town, right on Lake Eder.
Your accommodations are located in the attic of a historic, protected half-timbered house that is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.
The bedroom features a hypoallergenic double bed (1.4 x 2.2 m).
There is one additional bed (1.40 x 2 m) in the open attic space under a low sloping ceiling. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on a large couch.
An open kitchen with a cooking island and a bathroom with a shower and toilet complete the apartment.
Due to the historically determined window sill height of less than 80 cm, the apartment is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
You can store your bicycles safely and securely in the outbuilding, where e-bikes can also be charged.
The communal garden features a barbecue area with a fire pit.
Our historic farmhouse was completely renovated in 2025-26 using traditional materials and craftsmanship.
For example, the walls were finished in a traditional, breathable manner using clay and lime plaster. Inside the house, sections of historic exposed half-timbering have been uncovered, allowing you to immerse yourself in the house’s fascinating history.

Last year, several fantastic Greentrails for mountain bikes were built right on the outskirts of town—they’re waiting for you.
