The Space
🏠 50 m² custom-designed: thoughtfully laid out to ensure maximum comfort for up to 4 guests.
📐 Layout: 1 open-concept living area with kitchen + sofa bed · 1 double bedroom · 1 bathroom with shower · 2 private balconies · 1 mini loft
🛋️ Living Area (30 m²): A very large, light-filled open space with expansive windows overlooking the lake. It features two sofas, one of which converts into a very comfortable double bed (or two singles thanks to the second pull-out mattress). Above is a charming mini-loft perfect for reading.
🍳 High-end kitchen: Completely renovated and equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, and every amenity.
🛏️ Master Bedroom: A very romantic and quiet double bedroom with a window overlooking the interior porch. Extremely comfortable bed.
🚿 Bathroom: Located next to the bedroom, equipped with a shower and a storage area dedicated to each of the 4 guests.
☀️ Balconies: Two private balconies. The first offers a side view of the lake; the second overlooks the inner courtyard and serves as an utility area with a washing machine and clothesline.
❄️ Comfort & Tech: Summer air conditioning, double-glazed windows (maximum thermal and acoustic insulation), a 55" Smart TV, and ultra-fast Starlink internet with unlimited data for entertainment or remote work.
Guest Access
🔑 Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment (with the exception of a private storage closet and two locked drawers in the bedroom).
🚪 Entrance: Through a pedestrian passageway next to our family-run restaurant.
🪜 Stairs: The internal stairs leading to the second floor are shared with only one other unit.
🕒 Smart Check-in: Maximum flexibility and complete independence via a combination lockbox next to the front door.
🅿️ Parking: Garda is a pedestrian zone. We’ll provide you with a detailed map showing all public parking lots (both free and paid) in the immediate vicinity.
Other Things to Keep in Mind
💶 Tourist Tax: €2 per person per day (children under 14 and people with disabilities are exempt). It is already included in your Airbnb payment.
🪪- You must present an official ID (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) at check-in (Art. 109 TULPS)
🔴 Historic Flooring: It is made of precious, antique red Verona marble. We ask that you take the utmost care to avoid contact with acidic substances (lemon, vinegar, or harsh cleaning products).
🏃♂️ Accessibility: The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a historic building. There is no elevator.
🍝 Family Restaurant: On the first floor, you’ll find our restaurant (with a 10% discount for you!). It closes at 11:00 PM.
