In the living area, a comfortable sleeper sofa (approx. 140 x 200 cm) provides an additional sleeping option. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, has everything you could need. The bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer. The sunny balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors. Bedding, towels, dish towels, as well as Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, and final cleaning are included. A washing machine is available for free use (please bring your own detergent). A storage area is provided for bicycles. Pets are allowed upon request; smoking is not permitted. An ideal place for a relaxing stay.
