A prime location with private parking, it’s ideal for experiencing Sorrento. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and is designed for those seeking modern comforts, privacy, and a view that leaves a lasting impression. The separate entrance leads to interiors where every detail has been carefully considered; high-quality materials, soothing colors, and elegant furnishings create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The home features two double bedrooms, both with spacious, extremely comfortable, new, high-quality queen-size beds. Bedding is included. Each bedroom is equipped with a dedicated desk—ideal for working in peace—a Smart TV, efficient air conditioning, and tasteful décor. The true standout feature is the view: from every window, you can enjoy a 180° panoramic vista that takes in the sea, the Sorrento Peninsula, and Mount Vesuvius. Waking up and gazing out at the blue waters of the Gulf directly from your bed is an experience that makes your stay truly special. Extra blankets and pillows are also available to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The living area is an open-concept space combining the living room and kitchen—bright and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern, and practical, designed for both preparing full meals and enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading down to the beach. The living room features a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening or watching streaming content. The bathroom is new, modern, and spacious, with a large shower, toilet, and bidet. The soft colors and refined finishes help create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Each guest is provided with a set of 3 towels (face, bath, and bidet), a complimentary toiletries kit with soap and shampoo, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. Outside, you’ll find the true gem of the home: a spectacular private terrace with breathtaking views. Here, time stands still. The private Jacuzzi, available from May through September, lets you soak in the warm water while gazing out at one of the most beautiful panoramas on the Sorrento Peninsula. It’s the perfect spot for an aperitif at sunset or an evening under the stars, with the feeling that you have the view all to yourself. The house features a shared courtyard with free private parking, enclosed by a gate, with space for up to two cars, as well as designated spots for bicycles and scooters. You can already enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the parking area. A few steps lead to the home’s private entrance, making access easy and convenient. The house is equipped with fast, stable, and unlimited Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or uninterrupted streaming. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home right away, giving you the sense of being in a special place overlooking the most iconic stretch of coastline. Check-in at Maison Regina Giovanna is done in person. A member of our staff will welcome you directly at the property, hand you the keys, and provide all the necessary information about your stay, as well as practical advice on how to best experience the area and its attractions. It is therefore necessary to arrange your arrival time in advance: after booking, guests will be contacted privately to arrange check-in. Standard check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, the private entrance, the shared courtyard, and free private parking. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid ID, which is necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.
