The Tower is a standalone home spread across several levels within the historic Villa Vivarelli Colonna. On the lower first floor, guests will find a convenient laundry room. The first floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and access to a private garden with an outdoor dining area overlooking the Tuscan hills. The upper floor features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The tower itself offers an additional room with a French-size bed and a mezzanine, connected by a charming spiral staircase leading to the highlight of the property: a spectacular rooftop terrace at the top of the tower, offering breathtaking 360° views of the surrounding countryside.

Guests also have access to the estate’s shared swimming pool, surrounded by lawns and woodland. The Tower includes access to a private changing room by the pool, as well as a reserved area with one umbrella and two sun loungers. Additional grassy areas around the pool are available for relaxing or laying out towels. Private gated parking is available on the estate.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, spread over multiple levels, including the private garden, laundry room, rooftop terrace at the top of the tower, and all indoor living spaces.
