The flexibility and helpfulness of the staff. We had a late flight cancellation and the accommodation was booked late and Marianna at Amas sorted out the instructions at short notice and was very helpful. Really great service. The room was also lovely, clean, secure and welcoming. Great convienant location for what we needed, i.e., right by station.
Nothing, the entrance looks unpromising, don't be put off

Super convenient location near Bari Centrale. Room was spotless. Small balcony with a view.
Staff was courteous and correspondence with agent was very good.
I think a microwave would be a good addition.
