táto štvrť po dokončení stavebných prác môže byť naozaj krásna, a ubytovanie plnohodnotne využívané
všetko by bolo super keby...
ubytovateľ nás neinformoval, že v bezprostrednej blízkosti aktuálne prebieha rekonštrukcia, promenáda pred apartmánom bola v rekonštrukcii, vedľajšie budovy z oboch strán domu boli vo výstavbe a rozkopaná cesta pred vstupom do domu veľmi negatívne ovplyvnili náš pobyt. stavebné práce už od 7:00 hodiny ráno, množstvo prachu a hluk. Odporúčam pred rezerváciou sa informovať či už sú práce dokončené, prípadne v akom stave sa nachádzajú.

Uwaga! Mieszkanie jest jak "wyspa" pośród budowy z każdej strony. Jest hałas i kurz. Ciężki sprzęt bardzo głośno hałasuje, wszystko zakurzone. Odpoczynek w takich warunkach jest niemożliwy.Moim zdaniem mieszkanie nie powinno być w ogóle wynajmowane teraz ( październik 2026). Ta Oferta nosi znamiona oszustwa

Brud, karaluchy, atrapy okien na zdjęciach, ogromny hałas maszyn budowlanych!
Trzymajcie się z daleka od tego miejsca.
Jedyne co można określić jako ładne w tym apartamencie to zdjęcia zaprezentowane na booking.com., którymi niestety oszukuje się klientów.
Zaczęło się od tego, że nie można było nawiązać kontaktu z właścicielem, a link z danymi do check-in nie działał. Nie próbujcie kontaktować się przez booking - odpowiada Chat Bot. Pomógł kontakt przez WhatsApp.
Potem, zgodnie z instrukcją próbujesz znaleźć apartament gdzie z prawej strony drzwi ma być napis VIVI - zapomnij, nie znajdziesz, zastawione dyktami, deskami. W końcu się udaje na chybił trafił i wchodzisz do środka!
Po pierwsze kurz i hałas! Apartament był cały zakurzony, co wynika z faktu że jest placem budowy. Jest wyspą pomiędzy czterema prowadzonymi budowami - dwie to przyklejane do jego ścian domy boczne, trzecia to wymiana nawierzchni i kładzenie elektryki od strony morza, a czwarta to budowa nawierzchni i chodnika od strony wejścia. Od godziny 7 rano do wieczora trwają prace budowlane we wszystkie dni tygodnia z wyjątkiem niedziel. Hałas jest przeogromny, zapomnij o otwarciu okna, a w całym apartamencie jest pełno kurzu.
Po drugie, na zdjęciach w każdym prezentowanym pomieszczeniu jest okno - którego jednak nie ma! obie sypialnie pozbawione są okien, to co na zdjęciach to prawdopodobnie atrapy, na żywo już ich nie było. W jednej sypialni była dziura, którą zabito deskami. W sypialniach nie ma klimatyzacji wiec jest bardzo duszno.
W apartamencie pozostałości po jakimś kuciu ścian, wystające rury, wypadające pustaki, odpadające balustrady, pozostawione wiadra po farbach.
No a czarę goryczy przelały chodzące po meblach kuchennych robaki w tym niestety karaluchy!
Wiec snuty na bazie zdjęć plan - rano kawa na balkonie z widokiem na zatokę, śniadanie w ładnej kuchni, wieczorem lampka wina przy zachodzie słońca - okazał się być nierealny!
Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo miły - przeprasza, jest mu przykro i nie wiedział o pracach budowlanych!
