Self-catering. Tea and instant coffee provided. There is a small Morrison's not far away. There is adequate parking outside the house. Keys are in a box with a code which is emailed to guests before arrival (unless, like me, they have no smartphone but then Ryan was happy to be phoned.) The bedroom was comfortable and I would consider staying for longer if I took provisions with me.
There is a good-sized TV but a lead seemed to be disconnected and It would not work. I didn't like to persevere with it. The cooker is fine but the symbols regarding the oven have almost worn off.

Well positioned as a base for visiting National Trust properties. Good parking availability. Excellent value for money for a one night stay.
There was no central heating available on the coldest night of the year so far, even after the owner visited. The seating was uncomfortable; would be better with a smaller sofa and a table and chairs. No mirror near a wall socket!
