Holiday House Morena is situated in the small Istrian village of Butori, in the green heart of Istria, near Tinjan and only 15 km from Poreč and the beach. It is ideal for families and guests looking for a peaceful retreat in the middle of nature, while still being close to the sea and the attractions of Istria.
The house is a semi-detached property with 120 m² of living space for 6–7 persons, located on a spacious and well-maintained plot of 3,800 m². Guests have access to a private 28 m² swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and built-in barbecue. The large lawn area features a table tennis table, a swing, a volleyball net and a basketball hoop. Parking space for several vehicles is also available. The owner lives in the completely separated adjoining part of the house, while guests enjoy exclusive use of their own area, the grounds and all facilities.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms has an extra bed available. The house is partially air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet access. In front of the house, there is a spacious terrace with outdoor seating and direct access to the garden and outdoor facilities. Pets are welcome.
Holiday House Morena is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to enjoy peace and quiet, plenty of greenery, a private swimming pool and a large property, while still being close to Poreč, the sea and the beach.
