A true haven of peace in the center of La Teste-de-Buch, this completely renovated house is located in the heart of the city of La Teste 5 minutes walk from the port and the train station, this villa will allow you to explore the entire Arcachon basin whether on foot, by bike, by car or by train.
The accommodation
Located in the heart of the city of La Teste, 5 minutes walk from the port and the train station, this villa will allow you to explore the entire Arcachon basin whether on foot, by bike, by car or by train. Its proximity to shops (bakery at Cédric's and Carrefour City and oyster huts 5 minutes walk) but also to the heart of the city (market 10 minutes walk) makes this villa a good location to live in.
Designed as a real journey around the sea or the basin!
Villa Neptune offers you a journey through its decoration and location.
In the house, 4 bedrooms at your disposal:
• a large master bedroom with its own bathroom and double bed
• two bedrooms with double bed
• a children's bedroom with separate beds.
An additional bathroom with toilet so as not to step on each other's toes.
The living and dining area opening onto the outdoor terrace will allow you to delight young and old alike.
The perfectly equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob) opens onto a scullery allowing the early risers to eat without waking anyone.
The garden and its terrace, entirely designed around conviviality, includes a secure swimming pool so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunny days.
Outside, the terrace area offers nice furniture to enjoy the summer heat, especially thanks to the plancha area.
In order to guarantee an all-inclusive stay, sheets and towels are provided on your arrival. A cleaning is carried out on departure of each tenant, in case of an extended stay an intermediate cleaning can be done at your expense.
The swimming pool measures 4m10 by 2m43 by a depth of 1m50

During your stay, a concierge service is at your disposal for any information and will intervene in the event of a dispute.

Even if the atmosphere of the villa remains festive and joyful, events and parties are not allowed. We are certainly in a family home but we will ask you to respect the neighborhood and the rules of stay. Any failure to comply with these rules will result in the end of your stay in our beautiful Villa.
