Fully renovated 2-room vacation apartment in Grömitz—a 50 m² getaway right in the heart of town for up to 4 people—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach!
This very bright and cheerfully designed apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a staircase. The pedestrian zone, with its shops and restaurants, is just around the corner.
The spacious combined living/dining area is exceptionally bright and inviting. The large, new kitchenette with a breakfast bar forms the centerpiece of the apartment. Fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all kinds of small appliances, every meal here is a delight.
Right next to it is the sofa with a coffee table and a Smart HD TV. The sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa (146x200 cm) if needed. From here, you can step out onto the covered balcony facing southwest. Relax here after a long day at the beach. Free internet is, of course, available here.
The bedroom features a comfortable bed with a full-length mattress (180x200), a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror, and another TV. Just like the windows in the living room, this window can be completely darkened using electric blinds.
The completely renovated bathroom features an accessible shower, toilet, sink with mirror and vanity cabinet, as well as a heated towel rack.
Your vacation rental includes a private parking space in the building’s garage (W 395 x H 190 x D 500 cm). There’s enough room here not only for your car but also for a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) or your bicycles. Additional bike storage is available outdoors or in the building’s basement. There is also a shared laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer.
Up to one dog is allowed to enjoy its vacation with you in this non-smoking vacation apartment.
