Welcome to our house located in the heart of a wine estate, a few minutes from Carpentras and 20 minutes from Mont Ventoux. An ideal place to enjoy the calm of Provence, surrounded by vineyards and nature, while enjoying great comfort for a stay with family or friends.

You can also enjoy a large swimming pool and large outdoor spaces, perfect for sunny days.

First floor:
You will find a very large living room, bright and friendly, with a fully equipped open kitchen. This space is perfect for sharing meals and moments of relaxation.

The first floor also has a laundry room with storage space, washing machine, worktop and sink which can also be used as a closed bicycle room.

Upstairs:
3 large bedrooms with double beds can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. (built-in wardrobes).
You will also have a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
You will also find an office area. games and books in the library.

Exteriors:
The house opens onto a very large terrace ideal for enjoying the sunny days. In the garden, a barbecue shelter is at your disposal for your outdoor meals.
A large unfenced green area (football goals available).
The accommodation includes a large garage .
You can also enjoy a large swimming pool that is not fenced but secured by an alarm.
