Our private villa is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood that offers the best of both worlds: absolute peace to unwind and an unbeatable local atmosphere thanks to two popular nearby restaurants: the lively “Chiringuito” and the traditional “Venta El Ritmo,” perfect for savoring authentic Andalusian cuisine.
The house features a spacious, modern design where EVERYTHING is brand new: furniture, beds, sofas, and high-end appliances. It boasts a huge living room integrated with an open-concept kitchen, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments. The sleeping area consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms equipped with air conditioning (one with a double bed and two with twin beds), ensuring a cool and pleasant night’s rest under the southern Spanish sun.
A true paradise awaits you outside: a large private lot surrounded by beautiful olive trees with magical nighttime lighting. You’ll be able to enjoy an impeccable private pool, a lawn area with comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing, a large shaded porch with tables for your al fresco dinners, and a fantastic outdoor barbecue area fully equipped with a sink and its own bathroom, so you don’t have to go inside the house while enjoying the garden.
