Vacation destination, semi-detached house (left half), 2 stories, quiet central location, approx. 600 m to the sandy beach (Baltic Sea), approx. 800 m to the Bodden
First floor: spacious living area with a cozy sofa arrangement, fireplace, TV (flat-screen), radio/CD player, books and board games for cozy evenings, underfloor heating throughout the house, fully equipped high-quality built-in kitchen with a 4-burner stove (Ceran) and oven, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, and various appliances, guest restroom, sauna with walk-in rain shower, utility room with washer and dryer (free of charge), Internet (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge
Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a double bed (mattresses 90 x 200 each) and a large wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with a double bed (each mattress 90 x 200 cm), a fold-out single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), and a wardrobe; bathroom with shower and toilet, makeup mirror, and hair dryer
Outdoor area: cozy terrace with one XL beach chair and one standard beach chair, patio furniture for 6 people, two umbrellas, and four lounge chairs; barbecue facilities available (electric tabletop grill provided)
Rest and relaxation under a thatched roof—at the “Sansibar” vacation home
This modern half of the vacation home sits on a lot of approximately 406 square meters. “Sansibar” is a smoke-free home. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Fly screens are installed on the first floor and upper floor. A high chair and a travel crib with a mattress cover are available. A beach shelter is provided for relaxing days at the beach and protection from the summer sun. A windbreak and sand toys for children round out a day at the Baltic Sea. A lockable bicycle storage area is available in the garden shed. (Three bicycles are available and may be used at your convenience—subject to availability.) A parking space is located directly at the property. After a long walk on the beach, a day at the beach, or a trip to one of the island’s many attractions, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove or on the garden terrace and let the day wind down in a relaxed atmosphere. Shopping options, a bakery, restaurants, and a liquor store are located in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies!
