The approx. 45 m² ground-floor vacation apartment with step-free access to the south-facing terrace and garden features a living area with a sleeper sofa (160×200 cm), armchairs, and a 55-inch smart TV, as well as a dining area with 4 chairs. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. High-quality furnishings and a complete set of amenities are, of course, provided. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (180×200 cm) and a closet, also has access to the terrace and enough space for a travel crib. There is a small hallway with a coat rack, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Garden furniture and a parasol are available on the terrace. Barbecue facilities are available (no grill provided).
You can store your bicycles and strollers in a separate, lockable shed. The shed is available for guests of the “Morgenröte” and “Morgenstern” vacation apartments (shared use).
Well-behaved dogs are welcome (fee: 5 euros per dog per night)
