, is located in a quiet yet central spot in the town center—ideal for relaxing days with up to 6 guests. A private parking space and a ground-level bike storage room with charging stations for e-bikes are available right at your doorstep.
The apartment features a spacious, light-filled living area, three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate guest restroom, and a spacious hallway. From here, you have direct access to the approximately 42-square-meter sunny and partially covered terrace (southeast-facing), which is available for your exclusive use. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill invite you to relax. A small, fenced-in garden and courtyard directly adjacent to the terrace round out the amenities.
In the living area, you’ll find two large sofas, a cozy wicker armchair, and a large dining table that seats 6 people. Entertainment is provided by a 55-inch smart TV (cable and digital) and a selection of books and games.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished. Two rooms feature double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), and another has two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m). Spacious closets and additional storage space are available. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern, spacious bathroom features a large rain shower, a towel warmer, a double sink, and a washing machine. A separate guest restroom is also available.
Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair.
