Houseboat Tegel in Berlin offers 55 m² for up to 8 guests. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for friends, couples and families seeking relaxation. Opening the partitions turns the 4 bedrooms into 2 family rooms with sofa beds or 2 master bedrooms with sofas for relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, microwave with grill function and fridges, plus a living area. Amenities include Wi-Fi, hallway air conditioning serving all bedrooms, oil-fired central heating for floors, bathrooms and living spaces, and step-free access inside. Self check-in offers flexibility. Video and audio are recorded in non-private outdoor areas for access control.
The rooftop sun deck has lounge furniture and views of the Dahme. A covered terrace with a charcoal barbecue is at the bow. At the stern, there is a wood-fired sauna for up to 4 people and an outdoor shower. The houseboat is moored at the end of the jetty, with unobstructed lake views.
Parking is available in a shared on-site parking area and on the street.
Houseboat Tegel is rented solely as stationary accommodation and cannot be driven.
Due to the tanks and water treatment, the water on board is NOT DRINKING WATER.
