Marie-Thérèse and René invite you to stay in the air-conditioned studio recently renovated on the basis of the shed at the bottom of the garden. This studio, ideal for romantic getaways, offers you a fully equipped kitchenette area with: 2-burner ceramic hob, a top fridge, a microwave, a Senséo coffee machine, a kettle and toaster, retractable indoor dining table, television TNT channels, air conditioning and bed bed - foldaway 140*200, followed by a bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle, you can also enjoy the small private terrace equipped with a garden table with chairs, parasol. You will have access to the swimming pool (unheated) from 10:00 to 21:00 shared with the owners, 2 deckchairs are also available. A washing machine is installed near the Studio.Access to the accommodation will be by secure access, the vehicle will be inside the Property. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful winegrower village of La Palme located by car: 1 hour from Spain, 15 minutes from the African Reserve of Sigean and Terra Vinéa (wine tourism site), 10 minutes from the beach of Rouet de La Palme, 20 minutes from the Oyster Park of Leucate (Tasting on site), 30 minutes from the Grands Buffets of Narbonne, 1 hour from the City of Carcassonne, 1 hour from the Valley of the Turtles of Sorède.
