A furnished apartment, complete with linens and all necessary appliances, designed with a focus on sustainability, just a few steps away from the countryside, where you can take a peaceful stroll. We are located in a historic farmhouse that has been renovated several times but still retains its rustic charm in a historic village. The house is located in Castello di Aviano, a historic stone village at the foot of the Friuli Dolomites Nature Park: a perfect starting point for exploring an area that offers crystal-clear lakes, emerald-green rivers perfect for swimming, and colorful forests in every season!
The house consists of a spacious double bedroom with a closet and an en suite bathroom, a second single bedroom, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, and an additional bathroom in the living area. Air conditioning for the summer and underfloor heating for the winter, plus fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
Bonus: a bookshelf with local travel guides, a few books to swap, and board games—everything you need to feel right at home! All kinds of tips: what and where to eat, where to shop, and what to see to avoid (almost) all the tourists. Laundry and grocery services available upon request.
