Modern new-construction apartment with a terrace—right on the shores of Lake Constance
Welcome to our stylish and high-end new-construction apartment in a dream location right on Lake Constance. The vacation apartment was completed in June of this year and furnished with great attention to detail. Here you’ll find modern design, a high level of comfort, and the perfect combination of relaxation, nature, and proximity to the city.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax, work, or enjoy time together. In the cozy bedroom, the comfortable bed ensures restful nights.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the high-quality bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are also available.
A special highlight is the private terrace with seating. In addition, you have access to a beautiful communal garden right on the lakeshore with a grill area and a cozy seating area—perfect for relaxing summer evenings.
Please note that there is no direct lake view from the apartment or the terrace, as there is another house located between the terrace and the communal garden. Direct access to the water from the garden is also not possible. However, just a few steps from the house, you’ll find a large sunbathing area with easy access to Lake Constance—ideal for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply relaxing.
The entire apartment is exclusively at your disposal and is ideal for couples, business travelers, or those seeking relaxation. You can easily reach downtown Friedrichshafen in about ten minutes on foot along the lakeside promenade. The Eriskircher Ried nature reserve, with its numerous hiking and biking trails, also begins right outside the front door.
