About this house rental
Recharge between park days at this 3-bedroom townhome in Davenport's Toscana Resort. Take a dip in the pool, squeeze in a workout at the gym, or let the kids loose at the outdoor playground. Your second-floor unit comes with elevator access, a full kitchen for easy family meals, and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom the kids won't want to leave. Walt Disney World and ChampionsGate dining are just a short drive away, making this the perfect home base for families!
The space
This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in a gated community, in a building with an elevator. Wake up, grab a coffee, and enjoy your private screened balcony. It’s a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the parks, and the sunset views are a nice bonus.
Living area:
Natural light fills the living room, which has comfortable seating in warm Tuscan tones, a TV (not Smart) with cable, and Tuscan-inspired decor.
Wood floors run throughout the apartment (no carpet), and central A/C with a thermostat keeps you comfortable all day. Wi-Fi is included so you can stay connected and share your trip photos.
Kitchen and dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfasts before the parks and relaxed dinners afterward. A dining table and a breakfast bar give you room to eat together. A trash compactor is included.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, private bathroom with a shower and sliding door, closet, and TV
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, and TV. This bedroom uses the shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with Harry Potter inspiration, closet, and TV. This bedroom uses the shared bathroom. It’s ideal for kids or friends traveling together.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• The booking guest must be 21 or older and present during the stay.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: Please respect the condominium’s quiet hours and common-area rules.
• Resort pool: Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets: One small pet is welcome with prior notice. Pet fee: $100 per stay ($200 for stays of 30 nights or more).
• Late check-out: $100, with prior approval and subject to availability.
• A refundable security deposit hold of up to $300 may apply, as disclosed for your reservation.
• Vacation Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest will be asked to sign our agreement electronically. A signed agreement is required to complete the reservation.
