The space
This stylish 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and blends modern minimalist design with cozy comforts and a Disney and Minions-themed room. After a day at the parks, you’re close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, and you can unwind at the community amenities or on your private patio.

Sleeping arrangements:
1st floor
• Primary suite: King bed, private bathroom with a shower (no tub), ceiling fan, and Smart TV
• Living room: Sofa bed for 2 and a Smart TV

2nd floor
• Queen suite: Queen bed, private bathroom with a shower (no tub), ceiling fan, and Smart TV
• Monsters Inc. room: 2 twin beds, private bathroom with a shower (no tub), ceiling fan, and Smart TV
• Minions room: Bunk bed with 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. This room does not have a private bathroom and uses one of the other bathrooms.

Bathrooms:
- 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom
- All full bathrooms have a shower only (no bathtub).
- The half bathroom on the first floor is for guests to use.

Inside the home:
- Smart TV in every bedroom and the living room, with cable
- High-speed internet
- Ceiling fans in the bedrooms
- Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor

Private patio:
Fenced and private, with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Access to the community is through a code that will be provided after confirming the reservation. Access to the property is also through a code.

Other details to note:
- 1 small pet is accepted with prior notice ($100 per stay; $200 if the stay is longer than 30 days).
- Parking: Parking is free and assigned for each property. The community is totally safe and has 24-hour security.
- Pool & Jacuzzi: The heated pool and jacuzzi are shared amenities within the community. Please note the pool's operating hours, and be respectful of other guests using the facilities.
- Noise: Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evening. We ask that you respect the community’s quiet hours to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- House Rules: Please make sure to review our house rules and respect them during your stay. These include no smoking inside the property, no parties or events, and no additional guests without prior approval.
- Local Recommendations: If you need any recommendations for things to do, places to eat, or nearby attractions, feel free to reach out! We are happy to share our favorite spots in the area.

HOUSE RULES:
Welcome to our resort home! To keep every stay comfortable and safe, we kindly ask guests to follow these house rules.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• The booking guest must be 21 or older and present during the stay.
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: Please respect the community’s nighttime quiet hours. • The HOA applies fines of $100 to $300 for noise and party violations, and serious cases may lead to eviction.
• Trash: Place it in the container between 7:00 and 9:00 AM (pickup is at 11:00 AM). Boxes must be broken down and taken to the large container. The HOA applies a $100 fine for trash violations.
• A/C: Please set it to 74°F when you leave the house.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Resort pool and hot tub: Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets: One small pet is welcome with prior notice. Pet fee: $100 per stay ($200 for stays of 30 nights or more).
• Late check-out: $100, with prior approval and subject to availability.
• A refundable security deposit hold of up to $300 may apply, as disclosed for your reservation.
• Vacation Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest will be asked to sign our agreement electronically. A signed agreement is required to complete the reservation.
