The fieldstone barn was built in 1867 and was part of the estate of Count A. Blücher. The barn is located in Kaeselin, a district of the municipality of Fincken. (approx. 12 km from Röbel)
In 2009, the living area was renovated, and in 2022-2024, the vacation home was renovated and modernized by the current owners. The walls are nearly 1 m thick, ensuring a pleasant climate throughout the house in every season. The fieldstone barn is surrounded by forests, fields, and a property spanning nearly 8,000 m², of which 1,000 m² is available for exclusive use. The garden has been lovingly landscaped and offers a place for rest and relaxation—the large koi pond is part of the vacation property. Lake Fincken is located about 400 meters away and is a popular spot for swimming in the summer. There is a swimming area in Fincken. (approx. 1.2 km) Numerous hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity invite you to explore the area.
