A modernized vacation home in a quiet, secluded location with a spacious wooden deck and private garden. The well-designed, single-level floor plan, unobstructed views of the mountains, and high-quality amenities create the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Ample space both indoors and outdoors ensures a pleasant stay in every season.

The vacation home was extensively renovated and completely refurnished in 2023/24. As part of the modernization, the floor plan was also adapted from that of the originally identical homes in the vacation village. All living areas are on one level and comfortably accommodate up to four people.
Both bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 × 200 cm). Shutters or roller blinds provide the option to block out light for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, both rooms feature pull-out insect screens. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the spacious wooden deck.
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a large, walk-in shower and offers a modern, welcoming atmosphere.
The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light through a large window wall leading to the terrace. A cozy dining area and a comfortable sofa nook invite you to enjoy meals together, relax, read, or watch TV. An internet-enabled flat-screen TV is also available.
Directly adjacent is the open kitchen with a spacious cooking island. It is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Thanks to the open layout and the view of the greenery, it pleasantly combines cooking with socializing.
From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious wooden deck in the private garden. The quiet, end-of-row location offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and nature. The terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing, dining, barbecuing, or simply relaxing outdoors.
A special bonus is the large basement, which offers additional possibilities. In addition to a washer and dryer, the basement features a foosball table, games, and puzzles, among other things. An additional restroom enhances the comfort. It also houses high chairs for children as well as other practical amenities for your stay. At the same time, the basement offers plenty of storage space for luggage, sports equipment, or other items you bring along.
The vacation home is allergy-friendly and deliberately kept free of pet hair. Allergy-friendly duvets without down are used to ensure that even guests with sensitivities have as pleasant a stay as possible.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
