After the pre-validation, contact will be made in order to definitively validate your stay with us.

An inventory of fixtures on arrival and exit will be carried out.PGJyPg
Smoking / Vaping:
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the house. You can do this on the terrace, under the pergola, using an ashtray for your cigarette butts.

Respect for the home and the neighbourhood:
The house is new (summer 2025) and not yet a year old. We ask you to respect the premises and equipment provided.
It is forbidden to have parties.

Cleaning:
Attention The cleaning package does not replace the daily maintenance of the house.
Household and bed linen will be made available to you. At the end of your stay, please gather everything in the place indicated. Only bring your towels for the pool.
For longer stays, we will put you in touch with a service provider to ensure cleaning and maintain optimal comfort.

Air conditioning:
When using indoor air conditioning, please turn them off when you leave the house during the day and when you leave.

Swimming pool & Security:
The pool requires daily cleaning during use to ensure optimal comfort; all instructions will be transmitted. If you have children, the safety cover must be systematically put in place and the children must remain under constant supervision. In summer, the pool does not usually need to be heated: the temperatures in the area are sufficient to maintain pleasant water. A heat pump is available if necessary, but its use remains exceptional.

Security & Video surveillance:
The house is equipped with a Verisure system (intrusion and fire alarm). The video surveillance is only activated if the alarm is triggered. The living room camera will be hidden; the rest of the device must remain in place. We will ask you to activate the alarm when you are away for obvious security reasons.

Garage:
The 40 m² garage remains with limited access:
• only for the electrical panel if needed,
• access to the small gym and table football, under parental supervision. This area remains under video surveillance as part of the protection of the house.

Exteriors & Minor works:
During the summer, it is almost impossible to have a green lawn in the area. A landscaper will intervene as soon as the season is right. A small piece of tiles will be finalized by the tiler and the roof of the garden shed will be renovated. These elements will not affect your stay.
