Located in La Gaude 06610 in the countryside between Sea and Mountains in the Alpes Maritimes "La Maisonnette du Mas des Lucioles la gaude" is a house for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 1 with entrance from the outside, tell us the age of the children for room N°2) with equipped kitchen dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven etc...

-Are we alone in the property? :
No, we have other accommodation to offer on the property.
-How many people can we accommodate? :
We can accommodate 4 people. It is possible to have 4 single beds on request (to be seen after booking) as well as a 140 cm sofa bed.
- Do you provide sheets and bed placement?
Yes. The setting up of the beds for your arrival is provided with "Excellence" single-use sheets.
Optional without obligation we provide: "Traditional washable" sheets instead of single-use sheets (contact us)
Do you provide bath towels?:
Rental of towel kits (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 glove) optional. (contact us)
- Can you change the sheets during our stay?
Yes optional (contact us)
- Provide you with a barbecue:
Yes on request as an option we set up a "plancha" barbecue with gas provided for your arrival.
- Is the Maisonette air-conditioned?:
Yes the living room as well as bedroom N°1. Room N°2 is equipped with a fan.
- Why do we ask you to contact us after booking with Vrbo, to receive and accept our internal rules before confirming the rental? :
Because malicious people make us requests that do not correspond in any way to what we offer (number of people not respected, party plans etc.....)
-Are you flexible in the arrival and departure times?
Yes (we live next door) on request we welcome at any time from 5:00 pm (before when possible) for arrivals, but for our cleaning organization we must respect the maximum departure time. On request only when possible after our agreement we can bring forward the arrival time and/or bring forward or postpone the departure time (without commitment on our part). For weekends (2 nights) the entrance can be from 5 pm and the departure around 5 pm (other times possible on request).
- Receive the holidaymakers yourself:
Yes we always receive holidaymakers for the handover of the keys and the inventory of fixtures that we do together
- Can we contact each other by phone before booking:
We are sorry but many people ask us for a telephone contact for more information but unfortunately the site forbids us to communicate with you and it is not possible for us to read your phone number via this site until you have booked. After booking we can give you all the information you want and can always cancel if it does not suit you.
-Can we have an evening with music?:
No, quiet rental, no musical or dancing evenings.
-Can we have a birthday or other festive event during the day? :
No Obligation to contact us and see after agreement or not on our part depending on the organization of your event.
-Can we have additional photos and details?:
Yes, please make a request after booking and we will send you attachments with all the details of the accommodations (do not hesitate to ask us for them).
-Is the pool secured and maintained by the owner? :
Yes. Access to the pool is through a security gate, in addition an alarm is installed at the edge of the pool and the guardrails are at the regulatory height. We regularly come in the morning to clean the pool.
-Is the pool private?:
No the pool is to be shared with the other tenants of the "Mas des Lucioles"
- Can we invite people from outside the rental and exceed the number of people (excluding babies) allowed?
No, we are sorry but the maximum number of people (on the contract) must be respected unless the owner agrees.
- Do you offer additional services? :
Yes, it is possible to organize optional breakfasts, meals, cleaning, subject to availability, outings with our personal minibus with driver etc....
- Do you accept pets:
No, we are sorry but for a hygiene issue (allergies in some people) we cannot accept pets
Can we park our vehicle? :
- You can park your vehicle along the property in the path (10 meters away). Beyond a vehicle we will tell you where to park
Is the Property secured by cameras?
- Yes there are cameras outside. Deactivation possible on request
