Stay at this spacious, 1600 ft² (incl. patio), newly renovated home—perfect for group trips with friends and family. The property is located at the crossroads of different attractions in the city and out of the city for those longer day trips. You will have access to the entire upper floor which has two bathrooms and three bedrooms furnished with two queen beds and an oversized twin.

Note: walk-up unit (one flight of stairs). The bright second floor has 3 bedrooms incl. a master suite (own bathroom, walk-in closet), 2 bathrooms, generous common areas, in-unit laundry, workspace with fast wifi; twin air mattress on request (contact host before arrival).

Entire upper floor is yours alone with its own entrance; host lives in a separate ground-floor unit and never enters your suite. Reachable by text — as much or as little interaction as you like.

On foot (10 min): two grocery stores, First Avenue Marketplace (Asian fare). By car (5 min): Brentwood Centre (cinema, restaurants, shops), Commercial Drive / Little Italy (shops, restaurants).

One reserved parking spot at the back; free street parking nearby. Bus 2 min; skytrain 10 min walk to downtown.

Highlights: TransCanada Highway (to Whistler, Cypress, Mt. Seymour), Mt. Seymour shuttle pickup (10 min walk), cherry blossom streets steps away, Rupert Park (2 min — baseball, pitch & putt).

Good to know: AC (min 21C/69F); street-facing bedroom may get road noise (ear plugs provided); security camera faces the rear deck — do not unplug; 29+ day stays replenish consumables and sort trash.

Please note: Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, deducted from any refund due under the cancellation policy. A refundable $500 security deposit is held as a pre-authorization on your card on check-in day, released after inspection (less any damage or extra-cleaning charges).

There is a security camera pointed towards the rear deck from the dining room window. Please do not unplug, it’s there to secure the patio furniture.
