Casa Girasole is nestled in the lush countryside, surrounded by olive trees and just a 5-minute drive from the city and the sea. Fully equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher), it’s ideal for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature.
In the garden, you’ll find a lovely table for dining in the cool shade of the olive trees, a relaxation area with lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a charming little sitting area where you can sip aperitifs while watching the sunset over the sea and the first lights of the city come on





Guests will have the entire house, the garden, and the private parking lot at their disposal. From the parking lot to the house, there are two short flights of steps without a safety railing.
There is a very affectionate cat (Jiji) in the garden who roams around looking for pets.
The last 600 meters of the road are very steep (with gradients of up to 20% and several curves).
The road is at least 4 meters wide, but low-slung cars may have trouble navigating it.


A tourist tax of 3.00 per person per day is payable at check-in
Damage deposit: 400, to be paid by bank transfer 7 days before arrival. It will be refunded via bank transfer 7 days after check-out
Pet fee: 35.00
Only one small dog is allowed. If you have more than one pet, please contact us before booking.
Cats are not allowed.

In winter, there is a heating surcharge of €7 per cubic meter (LPG) to be paid in cash based on consumption. At check-in, we’ll take a photo of the meter and ask for a deposit of 200 for heating costs, which we’ll refund at check-out after verifying the meter readings.

Bedroom 2 (Configurable): flexible layout with 3 single beds or 1 double bed + 1 single bed. It opens onto a terrace with a sea view.
Note for guests: Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at the time of booking.
Second Bathroom: features a half-tub that can also be used as a shower.
