Welcome to Apart Bianca Zillertal—located above Kaltenbach (right on the Zillertal High Road), you’ll enjoy an unforgettable view of the mountains and the entire valley. In winter, you’ll experience skiing at its finest—ski in and out directly onto the valley run of the Hochzillertal ski area.

We say “Griaß enk” at Apart Bianca. In our apartment, which is equipped for 4 to a maximum of 5 people, you’ll enjoy complete privacy with your own garden where you can relax undisturbed.

Located right on the Zillertal High Road, we’re the ideal starting point for bike tours, hikes, or walks. By car, you can quickly reach water parks, swimming lakes, the golf course, indoor climbing gyms, and much more.

In winter, the skiing experience awaits you practically right outside your door. The valley run of the Hochzillertal ski area is accessible simply by crossing a meadow. From there, you can reach the house directly from the slope.

We have a cozy kitchen-living room with a TV, 2 double bedrooms, EACH with its own bathroom, and a coat closet with ski boot warmers.
