About this house rental
Casa Lilla is a 100 m² townhouse with two private gardens and ample fenced parking. It’s the ideal choice for those who want to visit Venice and the Veneto region without sacrificing space, tranquility, and independence.

The name is dedicated to Lilla, a dog our family took in years ago after she was abandoned with her puppies by some reckless person: this house carries with it a simple and authentic history.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people (+1 child up to 2–3 years old, with a fold-out cot available upon request) and is spread over two levels.
On the first floor, there is a large covered porch with a dining table, ideal for outdoor dining in warm weather.
The entrance leads to the living room, which features a TV (with Chromecast), a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils.
A basic kitchen kit (oil, salt, sugar) is also provided.
Also on the first floor are a bathroom/laundry room with a washing machine and a veranda overlooking the back garden, where dumbbells and a mat are available for those who want to work out during their stay, as well as a desk for remote work.
On the first floor, there are two large, bright double bedrooms (one with a TV equipped with Chromecast) and a bathroom with a window and a bathtub/shower. A third, smaller room is for private use and is not accessible.
Wi-Fi is available.
Independent heating with radiators.
Air conditioning is available.
An iron and ironing board are available.
A crib is available upon request.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, the two private gardens, the porch, the veranda, and the on-site parking lot.
The parking space can comfortably accommodate 2–3 cars and is also suitable for RVs (no dedicated RV services).
Access is independent via a lockbox with a code, provided before arrival.
The house is not shared with other guests. Some enclosed spaces are reserved for the property.
Bicycles are available for use during your stay and can be stored inside the property.
Other things to keep in mind
The house is located in a quiet, residential area: we ask that you be considerate of the neighborhood, especially in the evening, and respect our neighbors.
Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted.
The wood-burning stove is in working order but cannot be used during your stay.
Since the property is in the countryside, insects or mosquitoes may be present during the warmer seasons; All windows are equipped with mosquito screens, and a mosquito screen for one bedroom is available upon request.
The Mogliano Veneto train station is about a 5-minute drive away (10 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot); Trains to Venice and Treviso depart approximately every 30 minutes. The center of Mogliano Veneto, with supermarkets, restaurants, the Monday morning market, and all amenities, is about a 5-minute drive away.
There are no frequent bus routes in the immediate vicinity; we recommend using your own vehicle, a taxi, or the bicycles provided.
Heating and cooling are included; we ask that you turn them off when not needed.
The tourist tax of €1.60 per person, per night (for guests over 14 years of age) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
