BEST VIEW EVER! This unit has the best and only direct ocean view in the building on the F line and is super spacious at 1,173 square feet. You’ll love this apartment—it’s fully equipped, and the location is unbeatable.
You’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay, including beach chairs and an umbrella, a fully stocked kitchen, and a welcome package that includes a bottle of wine.
For your security, the building has a 24/7 staffed front desk.
Enjoy Cafe is also located on the first floor of your building, offering food, coffee, other beverages, and a limited selection of groceries. They also offer delivery to your apartment or the beach.
There is a laundry room at the front of the building, as well as a trash chute.
You can rent lounge chairs and a beach umbrella from the hut on the beach south of the building. Vouchers for rentals can be purchased at the office.
Contact the host on the day of your arrival to get the key code and if you have any other check-in questions.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later, and check-out time is 11 a.m. or earlier.
You must register with the front desk upon check-in. The office is located in the building next door—3901—and you are staying in 3801. The office closes at 5:00 p.m., so if you arrive after that, you will need to check in the next day between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., but of course you will have access to your unit.
At the office, you’ll need to purchase a fob for every two adults at $30 and a parking pass for the duration you need. Parking fees are $20 per day or $100 for a week. A deposit of $20 is also charged for the parking pass and will be refunded when you return the pass upon departure.
Please note that it is against building rules to have unregistered guests in the apartment. Any additional guest must be registered at a cost of $50 per day with prior permission from the host.
At the end of your stay, please take out your trash and load the dishwasher.
